A square meter of an apartment will be sold in dependence on the position of an apartment in the building, ranging from CZK 45.000/sq. m to CZK 60.000/sq. m incl. VAT 10%. Final prices for the apartments will be calculated according to requirements of each customer.

Each housing unit has an outdoor parking place amounting to CZK 90.000.

An apartment price includes:

- a housing unit incl. standard equipment and furniture made from solid timber by the Kinga company, kitchen unit, electric cooker, dishwasher and sink, range hood, etc.

- balconies, terraces, gardens (ground-floor apartments only), share in the common area and the land
